Wingrest is named for a simple idea — that every good journey deserves a beautiful place to land. We built it for the people who fly hard all year and want a few days where nothing is asked of them.

Set along a wooded ridge in the Smokies, the cabin opens onto a quiet valley of pines and ridgelines. Mornings come in soft. Evenings end on the deck. The hot tub is always on.

Inside, five bedrooms, a long kitchen, a stone fireplace, and a game room with billiards make it easy to host a big group without anyone feeling on top of each other.

Quick answers before you book.

When can we check in?

Standard check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Early or late requests are usually possible — just ask.

Can we host an event or gathering?

Small family gatherings are welcome. For larger events or anything with vendors, message us first so we can plan together.

How big a group fits comfortably?

Twelve guests is the easy sweet spot. We can accommodate a few more — just confirm with us when booking.

What about winter weather?

The road is maintained, and the cabin is built for cold-weather stays. We recommend AWD or 4WD for January and February visits.
